We strive for many things in life. We strive for money, cars, houses, and other things of material value. We believe that these things, and others, will bring us happiness. We believe that these things will make us matter and be of worth and value in the world. As I progress in years I have come to the realization that while of some importance they are not what really matters. Being of service to others is the highest purpose we can have. For me, to be of services to others, to make a difference in the work is now what really matters. How I plan to make a difference for the world is through my music and my writings. It will be through my music and what I write that I will help transform the world.
