HOW TO USE THE RELAXATION MUSIC, POSITIVE AFFIRMATION AND HYPNOTHERAPY RECORDINGS
Follow these steps for each listening of a relaxation music, positive affirmation or hypnotherapy recording:
1. Find a quiet, comfortable place to relax, one free from any distractions.
2. Ensure that there is proper stereo separation by placing yourself between the left and right speakers. For optimal effect, you may want to use stereo headphones.
3. Begin to listen to the recordings at a volune which is comfortable to you.
4. Close your eyes, take a few deep breathes, inhaling slowly and deeply and then exhaling slowly and completely and as you do so let your body begin to relax.
5. Visualize this calming, relaxed feeling moving from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and then back up again.
6. Focus your attention only on the recording. If your mind wanders gently bring it back to listening to only the recording.
7. If you wish you may also focus on your “Special Place”, a place where you feel completely relaxed and at ease. Be there completely as you listen to the recording.
8. Listen to the recording until it ends. Then go about your day or to sleep if it is in the evening.
