My Dream and My Personal Positive Affirmations

I am working on my vision, what I refer to as my dream, and on visualizing my vision or dream daily now.  What I wake up, before I go to the studio, I take a moment to visualize my dream.  When I go to sleep to repeat the process.

Part of my work is to also create 20 positive affirmations and repeat them throughout the day.  Here are the 20 positive affirmations that I have chosen to work on:

1.  I joyously release the past.  I am at peace.

2.  My body restores itself now to its natural state of good health.  I am perfect, whole and complete.

3.  My income is constantly increasing.

4.  I breathe slowly and deeply.

5.  With each breathe that I take I become more relaxed.

6.  I love everything about myself.

7.  I love and accept myself exactly as I am now.

8.  I forgive myself and I set myself free from the past.

9.  I love and approve of myself.

10.  I am relaxed, calm and peaceful.

11.  I accept and enjoy the moment, I live in the present.

12.  I trust the process of life.

13.  I am one with all that is and with the power that created me, with Source, with Spirit, with God.

14.  I love who I am.  I love my life.

15.  I am grateful for everyone and everything that I have in my life.

16.  My body is strong and healthy.  I am strong and healthy.

17.  My life and future is abundant and prosperous.

My Daily Work Towards Creating My Dream

Last night I became very present to something that totally inspired me.  I became totally aware of the importance of my thinking and how I can work with it in several areas of my life, especially with my work.

I first became aware of the importance of having a vision and creating as a result, a vision statement.  The vision has to be something that will draw me towards it, that will motivate me everyday, that will pull me forward.  This is power of language, of words.

What I found interesting and even exciting is that the vision can not be something that I can complete on, that I can not achieve.  It has to be something that is unreachable.  In this manner the vision keeps pulling me forward, keeps motivating me.

My work this week, starting today, has been to thinking about and start to create my vision.  While I will continue to work on it, I am starting to create from “World Harmony and Serenity through music.”  I want to transform the world with my music, something that will pull me into it.

This will be my dream.  Next is to think of the dream as if I already have it.  As I am thinking of it visualize it as if it already exists.

Next, create 20 positive affirmations that will be who I am as I am creating my dream and also, living in my dream.  Practice the positive affirmations every day, repeat them daily, in the morning, through out the day and before I go to bed.

It is here that I plan to record the positive affirmations and create an Individualized Positive Affirmation recording for myself.

Monitoring My Thoughts about My Dream To Transform the World

Today I am taking on creating 100 new visitors to my site.  The intention is to stay focused on them showing up, continuing to put out there that it will happen, that it is happening, that new visitors are constantly showing up to visit my site and the music that I have created.  The work is to put myself  in that space, to get there, and to stay there.  New people are showing up to take a look at my music and these new visitors are from all over the world, my global community.

I know that my music is for the world, is to help transform the world, to help others feel good.  I know that members of my global community will visit my site and enjoy my music and recordings.  This is the space that I am entering.  This is the space that I want to be, to stay, and as a result, to continue to create for.

As I learn more about the technology I am also having more fun.  The new analytics lets me see people as they visit my site, as they visit in real time.  Today I talk with a company that would allow me to chat with them as they visit, in real time, something that I believe is so fantastic.  It is as though the site is coming alive, not just something that exists out in space somewhere.

My work is to monitor my thought and continue to put out there, to generate, the positive that I want to have show up.  I want to have new visitors to the site.  I want to have them purchase my relaxation and healing music to help them feel good.  I want to get to know them, to have conversations with those that enjoy the music.  I want to reach out to be of service to my global community and to begin to be an instrument of transformation, of helping to transform the world with my music.  This is what I am up to now.

Declare My Commitment Upon Waking in the Morning

Facing the fears as they come up, monitoring the negative thoughts as they appear will be constant work for me, daily.  Staying present and aware of my physical state, of how I am feeling, is key to this.  It is my feelings that will let me know if I am on the right track or not, if I am staying with creating my possibility and my dream.  Feeling good and positive will let me know that I am on it, that I am headed in the direction that I say I want.  Feeling negative and down will tell me the opposite, that I am creating and bringing towards me what I do not want.

The work is to be aware, to be aware of how I am feeling and if negative to quickly create something positive, to get back into my possibility.  I will not try to fix the negative thought or feeling as that would be to give it attention and in the end supply it with power, to continue to manifest it in my life.  What I think about I will bring about.

Therefore, once acknowledged, my work is to create something positive.  As I just mentioned, not to try to fix or correct the negative thoughts or feelings but rather to merely let them go and in the same motion to create something positive that I will focus on instead.  I believe that this process can be assisted by declaring my commitment when I wake up in the moment.

Declaring my commitment in the morning will set the stage, so to speak, for me to continue to proceed with being positive, with me staying in my possibly and fulfilling my dream.  I will consciously state what I am creating, my commitment, and continue to rehearse it throughout the day.  It will be like a positive affirmation in that it what I want to bring into my life.

Today I am committed to having my website be viewed by 100 new visitors today!

To Live in the Possibility of my Dream

There are things that I know.  I know that the relaxation music that I have created does in deed relax people, does in fact help them to experience a sense of deep relaxation and reduce stress.  I know that the positive affirmation recordings that I have created do in fact help people to think and feel better.  I do know that the hypnosis recordings that I have created as well do help people to relax or experience a sound, restful sleep.  These things I do know.

I believe that the relaxation music and the positive affirmation and hypnotherapy recordings that I have created will help in the transformation of the world.  I believe that my recordings will help support a person’s health, wellness and well being and with that help promote change on a global level.  As individuals transform so does the planet.  These things I believe.

For my belief to become something that I know I must first live in the possibility of my dream.  All of my thoughts, feelings and behavior has to be directed towards this possibility, towards creating and generating this possibility.  There must be no room for doubt, for fear, for anything that will create a barrier to my dream fulfilling on itself.

Creating the possibility of my dream will require that I monitor my thinking, that I become aware of the ideas, thoughts and beliefs that I am experiencing during the day.  I must stay positive, must stay focused on causing that which will bring about my possibility and not have what will only hinder or stop my possibility.

I am returning back to the basics, to the use of positive affirmations.  Generating positive affirmations that support and help create my possibility is one of the first steps that I am taking.  Also monitor my thinking and letting go of negative thoughts that appear and replacing them with thoughts and idea that are positive, positive with respect to causing my dream.  The key, it seems, is to monitor my feelings, that which will give me access to the functioning of the magnet.
