Inner Transformation – My Personal Positive Affirmations

My Personal Positive Affirmations for Transformation – I do believe in the transformative power of using positive affirmations. Below are listened the affirmations that I am currently working with each morning. To enhance the effectiveness of affirmations I recorded them in my voice and mixed them with my therapeutic relaxation music. I listen to them with headphones.

1. I joyously release the past. I am at peace.

2. My body restores itself now to its natural state of good health. I am perfect, whole and complete.

3. My income is increasing by one thousand dollars everyday.

4. I breathe slowly and deeply.

5. With each breathe that I take I become more relaxed.

6. I love everything about myself.

7. I love and accept myself exactly as I am now.

8. I forgive myself and I set myself free from the past.

9. I love and approve of myself.

10. I am relaxed, calm and peaceful.

11. I accept and enjoy the moment, I live in the present.

12. I trust the process of life.

13. I am one with all that is and with the power that created me, with Source, with Spirit, with God.

14. I love who I am. I love my life.

15. I am grateful for everyone and everything that I have in my life.

16. My body is strong and healthy. I am strong and healthy.

17. My life and future is abundant and prosperous.

18. I am intelligent, talented and creative.

19. I always do my very best.

20. I am the divine expression of God. Who I am is Spirit, Source, God.

Remember it is the consistent use of positive affirmations that will assist you in transforming your life.

Changing the Story is Key to Transformation

Changing our story and the thoughts and ideas that we have created about ourselves can be difficult, and is most definitely work. Our story is who we think we are, our identity, positive or negative it does not matter. Our story and all of the thoughts we have about ourselves started out as just that, as thoughts. As we continued to hold these thoughts over a period of time they became our beliefs. These beliefs then eventually became our truth. Our story is what we consider to be our truth. The process of change is very similar to that which created our problem. The process of change takes time and requires that we start to introduce now thoughts and ideas about who we think are. We have to stay with generating these new thoughts until they become beliefs and continue until they further become our truth, a new identity. We are the one responsible for our identity, who we think we are.

Cause of Self Esteem Problems is Within

One of the important things to get is that the cause of self esteem issues is not about people, places or things. Self esteem issues are not caused by something outside of ourselves. Events do happen. Things in our life do occur. What we have to get and understand fully is that when an event happen we start to think about it, we start to give it meaning, we begin to make up a story about it. It is not so much that the story is not true as it is our representation of the event. Our story is not the event, the map is not the territory. For our story telling we can also create beliefs especially about ourselves. One of the first stages of working on our self esteem is to become present to our story and what we truly think and feel about ourselves. We are the cause, it is our thinking process or pattern that creates the self esteem issues. This is part of the beginning of our personal transformation.

Self Esteem – Core of Emotional Issues

Self Esteem issues are at the core of most, if not all, emotional issues. When we do not care about ourselves, when we do not care about what happens to us, we either do things deliberately to hurt ourselves or allow things to happen that are not in our best interest. We definitely do not do things that show love and respect of self. I believe that the most important thing to work on with others who are requesting help is always self esteem issues. The goal is for a person to learn to truly love and respect themselves.

Transformation: Meditation and Positive Affirmations

I believe that there are two things that will transform our life. The first is the practice of meditation or relaxation. As we know, learning to meditate or relax helps our entire being, our mind, body and spirit. Learning to meditate and relax helps us to reduce stress and improve our health. The best time to practice this process is in the mornings, every morning. The second thing that we can do to begin to transform our life is with the use of positive affirmations. When spoken within a relaxed space that meditation or relaxation can create for us the positive affirmations can be very powerful and transform life itself. Positive affirmations can help us to improve our self esteem, confidence, self worth and even help us to create a positive future.

Relaxation is the First Stage of Transformation

The first stage of the transformation is that of relaxation. Learning how to effectively relax the body and mind can take time and will not come quickly, especially if a person has been living a fast paced life. There are many ways to learn to relax or meditate. Once the individual has brought about a quieting of the mind it will then be time for the next stage of the inner transformation to take place. It is at this point that new language has to been given and received by the person.
